The Automatic Invoicing Application allows you to create invoices or orders before they are needed. They can be assigned to routes or calendar months and created automatically when needed. Orders can then be changed as needed before they are invoiced. This application enhances productivity during invoicing because no entry needs to be done. 

By changing only those orders that need to be changed your productivity is further enhanced. This application applies to any service that is billed on a repetitive basis or an invoice that has a consistent amount. With route and stop codes used specific service routes
