ActiveApplications provides a tool to assign carts to the items ordered on the
load. The assignment of racks to a
line item allows you to tell the computer what shipping containers (carts)
are to go with this load. Now you will need a fast and easy way to get the carts
checked in when they return (or do not return) on the truck. To learn the cart
return process start with the load list. Key the cart number and load number to receive to receive. Select a line to assign a location Or use the Flic or Pocket PC import capability built into ActiveApplications.
Scan the SH01 on the load list. Scan the load
number. Then scan the Racks as they roll off the returning truck. To
import the information click the Get Import button. Select one of the displayed loads. Automatically the rack transactions scanned as the racks rolled off the truck are displayed. More can be added or lines can be deleted. Once complete click the Process button. The orders or invoices will be updated and the carts assigned are removed.
