Easy and Comprehensive Route Billing

Scheduling a job is both quick and easy with the ActiveApplications. What about creating an invoice for work done? That too is simple, quick, comprehensive and fun to use. Select the Route Billing Program: 

Displayed is the Route Billing Program: 

Select a Route to bill.

Displayed are all of the jobs on that route. The ones in color have activity that has not been billed. Select that job.

Displayed is the billing information on that job. Change it as desired and create the invoice. This routine shows all relevant job information so it can be billed.

Click the Print to print the invoice. It will be billed and all accounting functions completed. 

This billing function makes it easy an quick to create invoices that are accurate and complete. You only get this benefit with ActiveApplications.  

Easy integration into Microsoft Office is a priority with UDS programming staff. You will be more productive when using Active Applications because of the Office integration features. 

The report samples displayed in these examples are captured directly from the report program that generates the report. Built into every UDS report is the ability to view it on the screen or place the report directly into Word or Excel format if those applications are available on your computer.
