Getting information out once entered is not difficult but getting information back into your system can take time. Reducing the effort you need to invest to keep your system updated is what ActiveApplications does best. Many tools are available. The first is the Route sheet. If you select the bar codes option on the route sheet you now have an easy to scan document for use by crews. They can simply scan the document when a services gets completed or an item is planted. It takes just a second to tell the main office what was done.

The Flic is then taken to the office at the end of the day for uploading. This provides your crews with a tool that makes them much more accurate and productive. See the Flic Scanner description for more information.

Easy integration into Microsoft Office is a priority with UDS programming staff. You will be more productive when using Active Applications because of the Office integration features. 

The report samples displayed in these examples are captured directly from the report program that generates the report. Built into every UDS report is the ability to view it on the screen or place the report directly into Word or Excel format if those applications are available on your computer. Export it into one of several other file formats is available, too.
