Creating Invoices with Your Pocket PC

First enter a customer number by keying the number or by scanning a customer card.

Many of our customers have found it convenient and rewarding for customers to be issued a card similar to what would be found at many of the shopping clubs. This gives your customer a sense of belonging as it speeds your check out process.

Next scan the tags so the quantities can be captured:

Press the End key to close the sale:

Finally insert the Pocket PC into the cradle to transfer the information to the sales program. The information is transferred automatically and without further effort.

This seems to be very easy and it is. If you are recording a POS sale as in the above example your work is done. Simply select a payment method and record the sale.
