Invoices can be Changed until Posted

These are a few examples of the reports available to your company. There are many variations on these and other reports too numerous to display each of them here.

Printing an invoice may be the start of your job process. Once printed you may need to get the invoice approved by the project manage. 

You may have to change it before it can be set to the customer because of the review process. This is true when billing fixed price jobs (JC Billing) or Time and Materials Jobs (JC Invoices).  
 

To change an invoice before printing simple open it from the list of invoices.

Print the changed invoice before sending it. This flexibility means you have fewer errors to correct later. Everyone is happy because you are more productive. 

The report samples displayed in these examples are captured directly from the report program that generates the report. Built into every UDS report is the ability to view it on the screen or place the report directly into Word or Excel format if those applications are available on your computer. Export it into one of several other file formats is available, too.
