First enter a customer number by keying the number or by scanning a customer card.

The number keyed could be an employee badge number.

Next key the job number. The job number could be found on a work order or this could be the first time the job number is assigned.

Now scan Item numbers as found on tags to issue the item to the job.

Continue Scanning all of the items on the job.

When completed press End to close the job transactions.

Now post the sale to job costing by recording the Internal Sale invoice in the Active Point of Sale System. This make the capture of job cost information automatic and quick. This is the way AA applications save you money.
