These are a few examples of the reports available to your company. There are many variations on these and other reports too numerous to display each of them here.

Price Levels help you assign an appropriate discount to your customers if you have customer based discounting. You can define  your own price levels as displayed here. 

Another type of customer discount available is a terms discount. Terms discounts calculate and display the discount available if a customer meets certain payment terms. 

Discounts can vary by item. You can have dollar discounts based on quantities or customer. You can have percent discounts based on quantities or customer. You can have alternate prices based on customer. You can have per quantity discounts ($24.95 per thousand).  You can even have quantity discounts based on the entire order. You should be able to find a discounting method to match your needs.

The ActiveApplications Point of Sale even has ways to set sale dates on item information. This pricing is added and removed automatically when posting to POS. 

These and trade discount options that let a customer be given a percentage discount off the bottom line of an item make a complete set of discounts available for your company use. 

In addition to the standard discounts that apply to the entire system, the estimating application has the ability to give instant discounts in its pricing. 

Flexibility and structure are features of UDS ActiveApplications and discounting. 

UDS follows several guidelines when designing reports. The amount of information that must be displayed determines the size of the report. If the necessary information can be displayed in portrait on your paper size it will. A smaller font size will be used until the type would be unreadable if made smaller. If the necessary information is too wide to fit portrait the computer will switch to landscape mode. If the required information is still too wide legal paper (8 by 14 inches) will automatically be selected in the printer. Your printer and print driver will determine how the commands are handled by your system. UDS makes it easy for you to get the information you must have.

The report samples displayed in these examples are captured directly from the report program that generates the report. Built into every UDS report is the ability to view it on the screen or place the report directly into Word or Excel format if those applications are available on your computer. Export it into one of several other file formats is available, too.
