Optional Billable Transaction Support

ActiveApplications Version 7 ties estimating and job costing into scheduling. One of our goals for this release was to make invoicing more accurate and simple. Costing transactions are designed to be captured at their source with the Flic bar code scanner and other tools. As items are added to a job and the item is not in the estimate, the system asks if the transaction is billable as in the following window: 

If the item was on the estimate we do not need to ask if it is billable but if the item is not on the estimate then we must ask. If those transactions are added as billable then you will see the added lines to be billed displayed with the appropriate price. This means your bills will be more accurate and more complete.  

Our objective has been met with the optional billable transaction support.

Easy integration into Microsoft Office is a priority with UDS programming staff. You will be more productive when using Active Applications because of the Office integration features. 

The report samples displayed in these examples are captured directly from the report program that generates the report. Built into every UDS report is the ability to view it on the screen or place the report directly into Word or Excel format if those applications are available on your computer. Export it into one of several other file formats is available, too.
