Portable Estimating

Several of the Active Applications can be run while not connected to the AA server. Portable Estimating allows your personnel to create a proposal while at a customer site on a portable computer. Portable Estimating keeps track of new and revised estimates and transfers the information to the main system once the laptop is connected to the network. It also replicates customer and item information to the portable system. 

The capabilities of laptops today make it possible for a landscape designer to work completely away from the office. High speed Internet connections make it possible for this person to work from home at virtually the same speed as in the office. Do your personnel have trouble getting all of the asked for quotations finished? Portable Estimating makes the same person more productive. 

Portable Estimating gives the estimator access to the information needed. At the same time it provides company management with the ability to limit what can be done on the computer so that person can still be controlled.
