You can create transactions that have to be made every month and have the system automatically create a real transactions for you during the year. A good example is depreciation. Any transaction that must be entered into your ledger through the year can be created  

Multiple pre done entries of any complexity can be created and stored.

During transaction creation simply view the transactions

Automatically depending upon the job type, ledger transactions are created. These transactions are then posted to the general ledger to provide complete profit and loss analysis for your company and maintain job profitability information.

Export it into one of several other file formats is available, too.
