The Inventory Issue to a job is a simple process in ActiveApplications. At the time the item is issued to a job the cost of the item is retrieved from inventory for accurate reporting. These job activities occur randomly during the course of a month. At some time you may want to know what activities have are outstanding so a bill can be prepared. This process is easy to track with the Unbilled Activities Report. This reports lets an office manager alert the salesperson that activities are ready to be billed.
